Little Chem Chem is a small tented camp in the Burunge Wildlife Management Area between Tarangire and Lake Manyara. Its open outlook towards Lake Burunge and the combination of safari and time in camp make it a distinctive northern Tanzania option.

Accommodation
Five en-suite tented rooms and a two-bedroom family unit have indoor and outdoor showers and air conditioning. A shared pool, gym and spa complement the canvas accommodation. The normal minimum age is eight, with younger children accepted when the whole camp is booked privately.

Outdoor meals and bush picnics let you make more of the setting. The Ponya menu offers a wellbeing-focused alternative alongside the wider kitchen offering. We suggest arranging a picnic on a longer drive rather than returning to camp simply for lunch.
