Lamai Serengeti is a beautifully designed camp positioned amongst the rocks of the Kogakuria Kopje, just a short game drive away from where the wildebeest cross the Mara River. A firm favourite of ours.

Positioned among the granite kopjes of the northern Serengeti, Lamai Serengeti combines striking contemporary design with one of the region’s best migration locations. The lodge’s open-fronted rooms maximise views across the plains towards the Mara River, where dramatic wildebeest crossings occur seasonally. Beyond migration viewing, the area offers excellent year-round predator sightings and relatively low vehicle density.
